Hotel standards

Room facilities depends to a large extent on the standard of the hotel, which is the number of stars.
Below I described briefly the most frequently encountered types of rooms, but keep in mind that this is not a rule, and every economy hotel has the right to change the individual. Depending on the country, region, or of course the hotel facilities may vary and differ slightly from those described cases.
Standard
Standard equipment hotel room is a bed, a bedside table or shelf at any place to sleep, wardrobe or built-in niche dresser, desk or table, mirror, wall hanger for outer clothing, lamp. In addition, the room may be such features as television, telephone, radio, etc.The equipment must also be basic bathroom - equipped differently, depending on the standard of the hotel in which you expect to accessories such as towels, soaps set for each person, and in hotels a higher standard hairdryers, scales and a set of other amenities.
Family
Family rooms (abbreviation: FAM) is usually extended version of a standard room.Guest of this type have a larger surface area. Equipment does not differ significantly from that described above - but can be adapted to receive more visitors. (Eg. Larger wardrobe, more chairs, a larger bathroom).
Apartments
Apartments (abbreviation: APT) are rooms of standard equipment, additionally equipped with a kitchenette, dishes and cutlery. Within these rooms, you can prepare your own meals. In some cases, they may even consist of 2 separate rooms (eg. Children).

Alone or in a group

As a small child riding with his parents to the sea or a general holiday I did not take into account such thing as an overnight hotel - parents have always sought out some of your accommodation or obdzwaniali every possible friend in order to find something as cheap but available.
So it was convinced to private guest rooms - but by the time. It is true that the rooms metric area look like a standard hotel room, sometimes as it will have a bathroom in the room - often it may be, however, coed bathroom and toilet in the corridor. And of course, minimal kitchen in which to stand in the queue will get dinner - no to ourselves Cook.
The hotel in the center of the already well known to everyone - but the standard is higher as a result - more expensive prices for accommodation. As for the guest rooms you will get a price from 20 to 50 zł per person / night in a hotel as the price rather come about 150-300 zł (I'm talking about the hotels were booked there for no Hiltons or Marriotts). In this room you usually enter max 2-3 people how good I'll try. It goes as far - to the fact that most often you eat breakfast or already in the city and refuse it for 50 PLN in the hotel's cafeteria.
In my personal opinion expeditions larger group of very economically old town apartments overlook - those in which I spent some nights are usually able to accommodate so for 5-6 people. In addition to, of course, a kitchen with all the selection, the most common bathroom with bath (there are studies with a bathtub and shower in one room) and one million sofas, beds, etc. that everyone quietly accommodated. The fact that you're on your order something to eat or do yourself but for me this type of apartments at 300 zł come out reasonably well priced on the head. :)

The costs of changes in the apartment

The scope of work and the cost of repair depends on whether you decide to change the "cosmetic" (refresh the walls and floors, change the battery) or greater interference in the bathroom space - transfer toilets to the new location, the resignation of the tub to shower.
Bet on the similarities. When you depend only on improving the beauty of interior, select the appliances installed in the same way as before, similar in shape, dimensions. This will avoid rework the installation. Keep in mind that similar does not mean the same. Choose modern solutions - the battery saving water, hot Silenced, toilet bowl without internal upstand, under which accumulate bacteria. Tiles do not have to teach the walls to the ceiling. Just above the sink, around the tub, shower. In other places to check the waterproof paint.
Open a new one. To rework or replacement of plumbing, heating and electrical hire a professional. Determine the optimal height of the mouth of the pipe to the battery concealed (100-120 cm), will be remembered by 2 percent. drop tube toward the drain, the maximum distance from the vertical drainage equipment. Before renovation, consult the plans with the architect or interior designer. This will avoid mistakes.

Small student spaces

If you do not like the open space in the apartment, you can consider placing a wall , double-sided rack, the screen, sliding doors or panels, which przysłonisz bed, a kitchen and a work area. What to remember when panels? You can do it with a light-transmitting sounds, attractive prices of materials, eg. Acrylic or fabric or paper - tight on the frame. The heavier, more stable, but also are more expensive furniture panels, solid wood, metal or glass. Installation should consult an expert. Lighter panels simply mounting rail ceiling level with a roller system chassis. Heavier, for stabilization, useful lower rail. In both cases, you need to take care of perfectly equal sufi t and the floor, allowing hassle-free moving plates. To panels occupy less space in the folded position, it is mounted rail  (for each panel a separate track). You can also opt for telescopic system hidden in the wall. The panel slips in August for the second panel and the two goes to a specially built enclosed cassette plate g-k.
Even the space under the window or the door can be used to build a library or office. Look at the space as a mathematician. Measure each wall, designating the new features of the room. Salon can serve you to relax, sleep, work, office, storage. How do you hold? The secret lies in the lockers and multifunctional furniture (for more information on the following pages) unchargeable should have its own light source, and some even a few (over the island, the kitchen cupboards etc.). Well, by the direction and its intensity can be adjusted. This will create a climate, facilitate the work, will highlight a particular part of the room.

Luxury apartments

When we hear the word "penthouse" appears to us it as an exclusive suite, a sumptuous space filled with luxury, inhabited by the wealthiest citizens. However, was not always so. There is always the penthouse was the determinant of prestige. By mid-century, it functioned as a residence for the poorest. Interiors apartments on the top floors of the building were inhabited by people of lower social classes. Among the wealthy dominated interior design located on the first and second floor, because it did not have to overcome a lot of steps to get to them. Penthouse took on a completely different meaning at a time when the United US popularized the elevator. Then the interior design with panoramic views of the city became interested in the richest and most famous.

"Penthouse" - as it is called luxury apartments, which are located on the top floors of investments. Usually, in the central districts of the city. The interiors of apartments are characterized by a higher standard and opulence in a positive sense. None of them splendor and richness. Reigns there rather fashionable and practical minimalism, which is the guarantee of interior space at the highest level. Looking at the interior design projects in the style of penthouses, it can be concluded that these are properties that combine practicality housing intimacy detached houses.
